Day'nah Cooper Evans
CEO & Director | Dance, Singing & Acting Coach
Day’nah Cooper-Evans is the Founder and CEO of Echelon Talent Development, created from her passion for helping aspiring performers gain access to elite, real-world training, mentorship, and industry preparation. With a dynamic career as a professional vocalist, dancer, actress, and creative coach, Day’nah built Echelon to bridge the gap between raw talent and true industry readiness.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Hampton University, is a SAG-AFTRA member, and received an NAACP Image Award for her vocal production work on BET’s The New Edition Story. Her career spans collaborations with major artists including Janet Jackson, Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, The Black Eyed Peas, Queen Latifah, Mary J. Blige, Brandy, Janelle Monáe, and Magic!.
Her credits include major tours, television, studio production, and live performance, with work featured on platforms such as Disney, FOX, Netflix, AMC, and even Super Bowl 51. Through Echelon, Day’nah’s coaching philosophy blends artistry, discipline, professionalism, and longevity, helping performers not only book jobs—but build enduring careers.

John Stevens
Acting & Modeling Coach
John Stevens is an internationally respected acting coach specializing in audition preparation, self-tapes, and career development for actors working in film, television, commercials, and modeling. With experience spanning North America and the UK, John combines elite performance training with practical industry strategy, helping performers refine their craft while building sustainable, long-term careers.
His students have booked roles in major productions including The Boys, Gen V, Resident Evil, and Degrassi. As a member of the Association of Acting Coaches and Educators (AACE) and a founding board member of the Act-On Ability Foundation, John is deeply committed to creating safe, empowering environments where actors can grow with confidence and clarity.

Rosalee Mason
Dance Coach
Rosalee Mason is a professional dancer from Gary, Indiana, who has dedicated her life to the art of movement. She recently graduated from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy with an Associate’s Degree in Dance and has since built a career performing commercially in both live productions and film.
Specializing in jazz, hip-hop, modern, and contemporary dance, Rosalee brings both technical precision and emotional expression to her work. She is passionate about using dance as a universal language that brings people together and celebrates the shared human experience.
