The Echelon Experience is designed for aspiring actors, singers, dancers, and models ages 4+ who are serious about developing their craft, strengthening industry readiness, and maximizing their SPIN LA opportunity.

Do I need prior experience?

Experience is helpful but not required. We look for dedication, work ethic, coachability, and serious interest matter most. Echelon is designed to support developing performers at multiple stages while helping each student grow strategically.

SPIN LA® is a five-day Los Angeles talent development, audition, competition, and showcase experience held at the Millennium Biltmore, where performers may train, audition, compete and gain visibility in front of agents, managers, and casting professionals.

Yes. Full SPIN LA enrollment (July 14–18) is included in every Echelon tier.

What makes Echelon different from attending SPIN alone?

Echelon provides 4 days of strategic pre-showcase development, before SPIN begins, helping performers arrive more prepared, polished, and competitive.

Are performers guaranteed agency representation or employment?

No. Echelon and SPIN are designed to provide development, exposure, and opportunity, but no representation or employment is guaranteed.

ECHELON EXPERIENCE

The Echelon Experience is an immersive performer development intensive for young actors, singers, dancers and models who are ready to grow in their craft and take the next step in their training.

Over two weekends in Los Angeles, performers train in a focused, supportive environment where individual growth matters. Students receive hands-on coaching, thoughtful feedback and the opportunity to work closely with instructors who take the time to understand their strengths, challenges and goals.

OUR FOCUS IS NOT SIMPLY GETTING PERFORMERS THROUGH MATERIAL.

It is making sure they understand the work, have opportunities to apply feedback and leave stronger than they arrived.

Echelon is intentionally designed to feel different from a large convention or competition environment.

Performers may attend The Echelon Experience as a stand-alone intensive or continue on to SPiN LA, where Echelon students can put their training into practice in a larger audition, competition and industry showcase environment, with the opportunity to audition for agents, managers and casting directors.
